Creation and payment process

 The total cost of the personalized silver pendant, including chain and shipping, is $2,500 MXN .
 This product is made 100% to order , so the process is divided into stages to guide you through the entire process.


 
 First step Advance

 To begin the creative process, a deposit of $500 MXN is required to purchase the product. Important: The product purchased on this website is solely for the deposit.
 
 Once the deposit or payment has been received: A follow-up chat will be opened via WhatsApp, where we will accompany you throughout the entire process of creating your pendant.

 
 Second step Design
 In approximately 4 weeks , we will send you the artwork or design sketch , based on the photograph you shared with us.
 You review the design
 You authorize production
 You make a second payment of $1,000 MXN
 With your authorization and this payment, we begin the production of the piece.

 
 Third step Delivery


 Once your piece is finished, you have two options:

 
 Pick it up directly from our workshop , or
 
 Receive it anywhere in the Mexican Republic , at no extra cost

 Important:
 In order to deliver or send your pendant , it is necessary to pay the remaining amount of $1,000 MXN , either before shipping or when picking it up at the workshop .
