 This is the design process

 1. Advance
 You pay an advance of $500 MXN .
 With this payment we begin the design of your piece and a follow-up chat is created via WhatsApp , where we accompany you throughout the entire process.

 2. Custom design
 Approximately 4 weeks later , we sent you the design trace based on the photo you shared with us.
 Once you have reviewed and confirmed that your design is correct:

 
 We started production
 
 You make a second payment of $1,000 MXN to confirm that the design is approved.


 3. Delivery
 Two weeks later, your piece will be ready. You can:

 
 Pick it up at our workshop , or
 
 Receive it anywhere in Mexico , at no extra cost

 To deliver or send your charm, you need to pay the remaining amount .
